HKCAL is the Registered organisation working in the Development Sector,Research and Evaluation of Schemes/Projects,in the state of Karnataka for the past 20 years.Presently working with HKRDB on a Project on "Evaluation of Impact and Felt need Assessment of works done under HKRDB" ,which is a research study of Socio-Economic impacts of HKRDB development works on the people of Hyderabad-Karnataka region.The project is governed by HKRDB.
